Here is the who, where, and what they need: Puzzler's ExchangeWhat they Do: They provide a perpetual supply of large-piece jigsaw puzzles to facilitate social connection that is cooperative, calming & enjoyable for those living with complex health challenges & their caregivers What they Need: Puzzles! Donate large-piece jigsaw puzzles, memory puzzles that have a smaller number of total pieces. Their work benefits hundreds of thousands of children in the Portland area with free school supplies. What they Need: School Supplies! Basic School Supplies, Office Supplies, Incentives (journals, small toys, prizes), Arts and Crafts, Stationary, Filing, Books. Bring them in a bag or box that is easy to carry and organized. Location: Portland Connect: www.schoolhousesupplies.org Community Kitchen MPLSWhat they Do: They make, pack, and deliver hundreds of meals each week to unhoused neighbors. They provide Minneapolis encampment food support, powered by volunteers & food rescue. They believe everybody deserves tasty and nutritious food. What they Need: Food! Donate nonperishable food items that are unopened, unexpired and shelf-stable food like canned food, dry goods, spices, etc. Outside of the listings on DonateGoodStuff.org, they occasionally have urgent needs they post on their facebook page.
