- Use the form below for payment - Nonprofit Exhibit space for table: $30* Suggested donation to help cover site costs. $35 after April 1 Nonprofit Exhibit space for tent: $50* Suggested donation to help cover site costs, including park fee for tents. *If pose a barrier to participating, just reach out to us. Our goal is to make it an inclusive and great event for all participants. |

PLAN AHEAD: THIS IS A ZERO WASTE EVENT
We are excited to make this a zero-waste event! We look forward to the creativity and inspiration this will bring.
- Please creatively plan activities, information sharing, and alternatives to giveaways.
- Focus on creativity & experiences vs things.
- Please no plastic items. That will generally exclude candy. Any items should be in compostable wrappers, or at least 100% recyclable with existing city services.
