The nominal donation helps us cover the cost for the site and overhead. No refunds for cancellations once approved.
Booth application is for one nonprofit organization at the event in either a 6x4 or 10x10 space depending on location assigned within the site.
Tables and tents will need to be supplied by exhibitor, however, some picnic-type tables will be available.
If you are a nonprofit and would like to apply for a hardship waiver, please contact us directly.
